Able to connect thru QR code that gave app to print from on my phone. Also comes with spare print ribbon so should be able to print 100 pages if estimates are correct. Great to have and not bulky. Very solid case as well

We simply could not get it to work with our Mac portable. Returned it. It turned out the problem was our operating system was too old. We were contacted by the seller who diligently worked with us attempting to resolve the problem, after sending a replacement printer. We bought newer, but used, laptop and It now does work. 5 stars for great customer service, but make sure you have a relatively recent operating system on your computer. Unfortunately I don’t exactly know how new it has to be
