I purchased this printer for my office and 2 months after Dell support ended the touch screen went blank. It would not receive and send faxes. The printing function did not work as well. Also when the printer was working the touch screen was difficult to use.

Used by our accounting department. It has some finicky issues about the paper size. Be sure to update the firmware.
