Smaller than you’d expect and it came in three parts. Two wings and the body and for the life of me there is no way to figure out how to connect the wings to the body. Was a waste of money

I used this crow on a homemade Maleficent staff for Halloween! Crow looked great; and is as pictured!

Get the larger one. It’s the perfect size for adding to a decorative wreath, and the metal twist ties on the feet make it easy to move from one decoration to another. Love it!

The wings of the bird would not stay in whole, wings kept falling out. I may need to glue them in. Not engineered well. But the crows looked real except for the wings kept falling out.
