They worked great till about half used, then the cyan cartridge started pouring toner, magenta and yellow are also leaking just not as much. It seems impossible to get in touch with the vendor….

Worked OK but not OEM quality. They are a far less expensive than Ricoh branded cartridges so they are a good value if you can accept very slightly lower print quality.
