Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of GradeZO and purchases made through gradezo.com. By using the site, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits a consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived in the country or region where the transaction occurs.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction. Keep account information accurate and protect your login credentials. You are responsible for activity performed through your account except where caused by GradeZO’s failure to use reasonable security measures.

2. Products and marketplace listings

GradeZO offers products from different brands, suppliers, sellers and fulfillment partners. Product pages may contain specifications, images, variations, availability, warranty information and delivery estimates supplied by GradeZO or a third party. We aim for accuracy but may correct typographical, pricing, availability or specification errors.

3. Pricing, currency and taxes

Prices may be displayed in USD and, where enabled, a converted local currency. Currency conversions are estimates until the payment amount is finalized by the applicable payment processor. Taxes, duties, customs charges and other government-imposed fees may apply according to the destination and transaction.

4. Orders and payment

An order is subject to successful payment authorization, product availability and fraud/security checks. Payment methods presented at checkout may vary by location, currency, device and order. GradeZO may decline or cancel an order where there is an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, inventory failure, payment failure, legal restriction or fulfillment impossibility, with any refund handled according to applicable law.

5. Shipping and delivery

Shipping and processing are governed by the current Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are estimates unless a time-definite service has been expressly confirmed. Customers are responsible for accurate delivery information and any destination-country customs obligations unless expressly stated otherwise.

6. Returns, exchanges and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by the Refund & Exchange Policy. Where permitted by law, approved refunds may be issued as GradeZO wallet credit when accepted by the customer; where the law requires a different refund method, that method will be used.

7. Custom and made-to-order items

Custom, personalized and made-to-order goods may have special production times and return restrictions. Any lawful cancellation or defect rights remain unaffected. Product-specific restrictions should be disclosed before purchase.

8. Warranties

Where a manufacturer or seller warranty applies, its terms control. GradeZO may assist with warranty claims or coordination where available. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or statutory protection that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Acceptable use

You must not use the site for unlawful activity, fraud, payment abuse, unauthorized access, malware distribution, infringement of intellectual-property rights, interference with site operations, or abusive misuse of customer or marketplace systems.

10. Reviews and user content

Reviews, ratings, photographs and other submissions must be truthful, lawful and based on genuine experience. You retain ownership of your content while granting GradeZO a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce and display it for operating and promoting the relevant GradeZO services. We may remove unlawful, deceptive, abusive or rights-infringing content.

11. Intellectual property

GradeZO and its licensors own or control the site’s branding, software, design and original content except third-party materials. You may use the site for lawful personal or business purchasing purposes but may not copy or commercially exploit GradeZO materials without permission.

12. Third-party services

Payments, shipping, mapping, analytics, communications and other functions may depend on third-party providers. Their services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. GradeZO remains responsible for obligations that applicable law places directly on GradeZO.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GradeZO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct or applicable mandatory consumer protections.

14. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse GradeZO for reasonable losses, claims or costs arising directly from your unlawful use of the site, fraud, or infringement of third-party rights, except to the extent caused by GradeZO.

15. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, sellers, payment systems or the site from fraud, abuse, unlawful conduct or security threats. We will not use suspension to remove rights that must continue by law.

16. Disputes and applicable law

We encourage customers to contact GradeZO Support first so that order issues can be investigated and resolved efficiently. Any dispute will be handled under the mandatory rules and consumer protections applicable to the transaction. California law may apply to the contractual relationship of the U.S. GradeZO business to the extent permitted by applicable law, but mandatory local consumer protections remain unaffected.

17. Privacy

Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.

18. Force majeure

GradeZO is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, war, government action, carrier disruption, strikes, cyber incidents or major infrastructure failures, subject to applicable law and any required customer remedies.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when our business, products, services or legal obligations change. The updated version will show its effective date. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable means where required.
