GradeZOO Gift Card/Coupon Terms

These Gift Card/Coupon Terms (“Terms”) govern the purchase, redemption, and use of gift cards (“Gift Cards”), promotional codes (“Coupons”), and vouchers (“Vouchers”) (collectively, “Credits”) issued by GradeZOO (“we,” “us,” or “our”) for use on gradezoo.com. By purchasing or redeeming Credits, you (“Customer” or “you”) agree to these Terms.
1. Purchase & Delivery

Gift Cards:

Available in denominations from 10–500 USD.

Delivered electronically via email within 24 hours of purchase.

Physical Gift Cards (if offered) ship via USPS First Class Mail (5–7 business days).

Coupons/Vouchers:

Issued during promotions, sales, or loyalty programs.

Single-use unless stated otherwise (e.g., “reusable monthly discounts”).

2. Redemption

How to Redeem:

Enter the Gift Card/Coupon code at checkout under “Payment Methods.”

Credits apply to product totals before taxes and shipping fees.

Restrictions:

Cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted.

Exclusions apply to:

Industrial machinery, heavy equipment, or custom orders.

Previous purchases or subscription renewals.

3. Expiration & Fees

Expire 12 months from the date of purchase.

No service fees or deductions for inactivity.

Coupons:

Valid only during the specified promotional period (e.g., “July 1–31, 2025”).

Void if expired or if terms are violated (e.g., unauthorized resale).

4. Non-Transferability

Gift Cards/Coupons are non-transferable unless stated otherwise.

GradeZOO is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of Credits.
5. Refunds & Balance Checks

Refunds:

Gift Card purchases are final sale unless required by law.

Returns for items purchased with Credits receive refunds as store credit.

Balance Inquiries:

Check remaining Gift Card balances via your account dashboard or by contacting support@gradezoo.com.

6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:

Resell Credits for commercial profit without written consent.

Duplicate, alter, or falsify Codes.
-
Use Credits for fraudulent or unauthorized purposes.
7. Fraud Prevention

GradeZOO monitors Credit usage for fraud. Suspicious activity (e.g., bulk purchases) may result in canceled orders, voided Credits, or account suspension.

We reserve the right to deactivate Credits suspected of misuse.
8. Limitation of Liability

GradeZOO is not liable for:

Unauthorized use of lost/stolen Credits.

Technical errors affecting Credit balances or redemption.

Maximum liability is limited to the Credit’s face value.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by California law. Disputes are resolved per our Terms of Service.
