Warranty Policy

Effective date: September 12, 2026

Warranty Policy

This Warranty Policy explains how warranty claims are handled for products purchased through GradeZO. Warranty availability, duration and coverage vary by product, brand, seller and applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer or statutory rights.

1. What warranty applies?

Where a product listing, manufacturer document, seller terms or applicable law provides a warranty or guarantee, the applicable coverage and duration will apply. GradeZO does not represent that every product has a manufacturer warranty.

2. Manufacturer and seller warranties

Some products are covered directly by a manufacturer or seller. In those cases, the manufacturer or seller may control the diagnosis, repair, replacement, warranty period and required service location. GradeZO may assist with communication or claim coordination where available.

3. GradeZO support

When a warranty issue is reported to GradeZO, we may review the order, product details, evidence and applicable warranty terms before advising the customer of the next step. Support may require photographs, videos, serial numbers, proof of purchase or other reasonable information.

4. How to make a claim

  1. Contact GradeZO Support as soon as reasonably possible after discovering the issue.
  2. Provide the order number, product name, description of the problem and reasonable evidence requested by support.
  3. Follow any troubleshooting, return, inspection or service instructions provided.
  4. Do not send products to a manufacturer or service centre unless the return destination has been confirmed.

Contact: support@gradezo.com.

5. What may be excluded

Subject to applicable law and the specific warranty, coverage may exclude ordinary wear and tear, misuse, neglect, accidental damage, unauthorized modification or repair, failure to follow instructions, improper installation, cosmetic damage that does not affect function, consumable depletion, and damage caused by external events.

6. Custom and made-to-order products

Custom, personalised and made-to-order goods may have product-specific warranty terms. A custom item is not automatically excluded from a warranty for defects covered by the applicable warranty or mandatory law.

7. Replacement, repair or refund

Depending on the product, warranty terms and applicable law, a valid claim may result in troubleshooting, repair, replacement, store or wallet credit, or a refund. Where the law requires a particular remedy, that remedy will be provided.

8. Shipping for warranty claims

Where GradeZO or the applicable warranty provider requires a return, the responsible party for return shipping will depend on the reason for the claim, product terms and applicable law. Do not assume that return shipping is payable by you until the claim instructions are provided.

9. International warranty limitations

Manufacturer warranty service may be limited by territory, authorised service networks, regional models, voltage standards or import restrictions. GradeZO will communicate known limitations where reasonably available.

10. Fraud and misuse

GradeZO may reasonably investigate suspected fraud, repeated false claims or abuse of warranty processes. Investigation does not remove mandatory legal rights.

11. Policy relationship

Warranty claims can overlap with rights under the Refund & Exchange Policy, Shipping Policy and Terms of Service. Where those documents conflict with mandatory law, the mandatory law controls.

12. Changes

GradeZO may update this policy to reflect product, supplier, warranty-provider or legal changes. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.

Important: This is general operational policy information and is not a substitute for jurisdiction-specific legal advice.
