Before your order ships
Contact GradeZO support as soon as possible with your order number and the complete corrected address. Address changes are not guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
If the order has already shipped
We may be unable to change the destination once a carrier has the parcel. Contact support with the tracking number so the available carrier options can be reviewed.
