Accessing your GradeZO account
Your GradeZO account gives you a central place to manage your shopping activity and account information. Select My Account from the site header and sign in with the email and password connected to your account.
If you are a new customer
Create an account through the available registration option on the account or checkout experience. Use an email address you can access because order and account communications may be sent there.
If you cannot sign in
Use the password reset option on the account page. If the problem continues, contact GradeZO Support and include the email address used for the account. Never send your password or payment-card details in a support request.
